*REMINDER*  Harbor Cove allows rentals with a 2 month minimabletay, our -pet section welcomes 1 pet per unit (25 lb max, 15" tall at shoulder).  Maximum 3 occupants allowed per home. NO subletting.

Harbor Cove Realty and/r Sales Office does NOT have any rental or rental showing information.

ALL renters MUST register at the management office, and Harbor Cove Realty.

-- If you are renting a Harbor Cove home that is listed for sale, you MUST be available to sit in the home during our open houses.  If you would like a courtesy call before showing the home during the week, please call Myra 941-426-0666.  Please keep in mind that the home may sell during your tenancy, however buyers may keep you as renter and/or we will be happy to assist you in locating another rental.
