ALL renters MUST register at the management office, and Harbor Cove Realty (if home is listed for sale).  

If you are renting a Harbor Cove home that is listed for sale, you MUST be available to sit in the home during our open houses.  If you would like a courtesy call before showing the home during the week, please call Joy 941-426-2806.  Please keep in mind that the home may sell during your tenancy, however buyers may keep you as renter and/or we will be happy to assist you in locating another rental.
