*REMINDER*  Harbor Cove allows rentals with a 2 month minimum, our pet section welcomes 1 pet per unit (25 lb max, 15" tall at shoulder).  Maximum 3 occupants allowed per home. Harbor Cove Realty Sales Office does NOT have any rental or rental showing information.

ALL renters MUST register at the management office, and Harbor Cove Realty (if home is listed for sale). If you are renting a Harbor Cove home that is listed for sale, you MUST be available to sit in the home during our open houses.  If you would like a courtesy call before showing the home during the week, please call Joy 941-426-2806.  Please keep in mind that the home may sell during your tenancy, however buyers may keep you as renter and/or we will be happy to assist you in locating another rental.  **** This is a FREE Courtesy Service provided by your "In-House" Broker.  We welcome visitors and ask that you adhere to our community rules and regulations, and don't forget to tour our great home values during our conveniently scheduled Community Wide Open Houses Events.

You can own a home in our friendly gulf access waterfront community THREE (3) different ways:

Rental Lots - Own the home on a rental lot, with monthly lot rents starting at $500 per month.  Lawn service and all amenities are included.  No annual property taxes.

Shareholder Lots - Own a "piece of the pie" of Harbor Cove, vote on issues, pay $115 monthly maintenance, lawn service and all amenities included.  Pay annual property taxes ranging from $300-$1100.

99 Year Lease Lots - No vote on issues, no monthly fee only $99.00 per year (start expiring in 2061), will pay additional fees for basic lawn service (approx. $275 per year), Recreation/fitness center ($175 per year), a slip in the marina ($400 per year), and a space in compound/storage ($360 per year).  Pay annual property taxes ranging from $300-$1100.
